The story behind MIAMI FUSION AGENCY
MIAMI FUSION AGENCY is the brainchild of Barbara Edwards, CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), Founder & CEO, a 20-year veteran of the corporate event industry. Originally from Paris, France she got her first break working in events as one of the onsite coordinators for the French Pavilion at “Expo Sevilla ‘92” (Universal Exposition of Seville, Spain.)
She moved to the US in 1996 to expand her business and further her career in event planning and project management. Since then she has been actively involved in the trade show industry and created our sister company Edwards Management Group in 2004.
While collaborating with trade show and convention organizers, Barbara saw an opportunity to make her clients’ events more successful by providing well-groomed, informed, and personable talent she mentored.
From Greeters and Registration Staff to Promotional Models, Boat Show Hosts, Room Monitors, and Specialty Characters, MIAMI FUSION AGENCY talent really set an event, and brand, apart from others.

We are a local agency and an active member of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, who understands the dynamic of the events industry in South Florida. Staffing events in our market, with its diverse and vibrant community as well as its international appeal, is very different from other parts of the country.
